I was introduced to the raw food diet by a vegan chef at the True North health fasting clinic in 2000. Ever since then I have had a on again off again love affair with the raw food diet. Like the majority of men & women who aspire to the diet I have found it a struggle to maintain 100% of the time. However I do feel best eating organic, fresh fruits,vegetables nuts and seeds.
