Chinese 古琴 Guqin Zither is undoubtedly one of the most expressive music instruments in the world. It's often called the Chinese Violin Guitar because the left hand slides on the 7 strings across a fretless soundboard to control their pitches while the right hand does the plucking and strumming. Harmonic overtones are heavily used; hence there are harmonic spots on the soundboard to guide the player.

Here I perform a very well known piece written by the late Jim Wong, who was one of the most well known composers of Traditional Chinese Music in Hong Kong.
