Today's video is going to show you how to play "Shape of You" by Ed Sheeran on guitar with easy chords! Well, mostly. ;)
So many of you have been requesting Ed's new music and I am in LOVE with this song, so I hope you enjoy it! :)
This easy tutorial is going to show you EXACTLY how to play this song as you hear it in the original track. The guitar does not actually play any chords. It's just muted strumming. However, if you want to play the song according to how Ed sings the melody, I have the chords for that too! ;)
If you have a loop pedal, BRING IT OUT! This song is perfect for creating layers to build on. And if you don't have a loop pedal, just grab a friend who plays guitar or another instrument to jam with!

To me Guitar Goddess does NOT mean “I’m the best guitarist out there.” To me, the meaning of Guitar Goddess is on a much deeper and interconnected level. Guitar Goddess is that indescribable feeling I get whenever I play my guitar. I feel beautiful, confident & positive. It's unlike anything else. I feel like it's something other guitarists can relate to. Guitar Goddess does not define my skills or my playing style and I don't think the name I chose is un-deserving in any way. In my opinion, every female guitarist should be able to call herself a Guitar Goddess no matter what style of music she plays or how experienced she is. It’s not about skill. It’s about the passion.
