De vez em quando jogava umas pétalas de rosas aqui, outras ali ao chão e muitas e muitas vezes jogava spinhos...
E lá foi o homem caminhando, jogando poucas pétalas de rosas e muitos espinhos ao chão...
Quando chegou no fim da sua vida, a cesta de pétalas de rosas estava praticamente cheia, enquanto a de espinhos estava quase vazia e diante de Jesus perguntou:
- Jesus, aqui estou, já terminei a minha missão, o que faço agora?e Jesus com os olhos fixos naquele homem, respondeu-lhe; E agora, meu filho, volte pelo mesmo caminho que você veio.
Espalhe amor e alegria pela sua vida, tratando bem o seu semelhante e
todos os seres existentes nesta terra, pois, certamente, se não o fizer, sofrerás mais tarde com a dor dos espinhos nos seus pés.
