How to Make a Casting Mold of an Action Figures Head Part 1 by Goldmindcustoms
Here is a video on how to make a mold of your action figure head, my battery die almost at the end of the video and I'm not very good at explaining things but I hope you still like it.. Also stay tune for part 2 "how to cast the head"..

    Additional info:

If you notice at the end of the video I show some pics of heads with peg hole and the way to do this is after you pour the silicon and your mold is ready, remove the sculpey or whatever you use to cover the peg hole --ensure your master piece remains in the mold. Trim around the hole in the mold, you don't want any of the first part mold part to be covering the second part that you are going to pour next. Prepare a small amount of the silicon just as you did the first pour. Before pouring add some rubber to rubber mold release. When done, you should be able to remove the second mold part and your master piece. Next you will cut vent holes to pour your resin(second mold part) You may also want to cut out a reservoir into your first mold part. The reservoir will be the initial pour-in area for your resin now the mold is completed and ready for resin casting
