in 2009 farming simulator do u need to delete the savegames in oreder for the map to work?

Hi , i have see how you instal the maps on lsw ( Landwirtschafts 2009) ... but mij computer can only accept EXE mods :-( now i don't know how i can download a new map ( whit farm and more for my landwirtschafts ) maybe you can help me ( and sorryfor my bad Englisch) GRTZ
