Hey guys, Taffy here. I've decided to actively search out the items we're missing to have grabbed every item in the game. When we're doing this, we'll take Isaac and his D6 to increase our chances. Ironically, we don't get too lucky this game on new items, but we do get some sugary sweet surprises in regular drops.
