Natural is the way to go. I am bodybuilding for six years, i have a great body i bench-press 285lbs max, deadlift 335lbs max,squat 365lbs max, leg press 785lbs max. My point is you can become strong if you put in the time in to the workout. Noting good comes easy, but when it do come you will feel great because you know it is all natural.
