Here you can watch various work related media I have participated/helped in, paid or voluntarily for other people/studios and companies. My positions usually vary from camera operator, colourist to Assistant and behind the scenes photographer.
Here I will upload documentaries and short educational videos digitalised or ripped from DVD's for the public to see in the highest possible quality available.
Keep in mind VHS and some badly mastered DVD's are beyond recovery and will solely be uploaded for public viewing.
I also upload Norwegian documentaries which are hard to come by for foreigners, all subtitled in English.
Videos of my LEGO vacuum engines. LEGO is a wonderful tool which enables you to create various machineries I created these machines purely to understand how steam engines works, LEGO vacuum engines does not work like actual vacuum engines which runs on heat that creates a vacuum that sucks the piston. LEGO Vacuum engines runs on vacuum suctions generated by vacuum cleaners, they can also run on air blowers.
LEGO Vacuum engines are just like steam engines with the exception that they run in reverse which is caused by instead of blowing air into the piston the piston is sucked along with air in the cylinder and as the valve opens fills the cylinder as the piston moves in the opposite direction.
The downside of LEGO Vacuum engines they cannot work with triple expansion designs and they are fragile and not 100% sealed this causes serious reduction in the amount of power output you can achieve, the heavier and larger the engine is the more energy is wasted on moving the large pistons and gears. The smaller the engine is the faster it is but these smaller designs usually relays in light weight designs which are very fragile and little to no power is produced.
The science of LEGO Vacuum engines is to find a balance and improve upon this, this is where I designed the John Piston which enables light weight design but a firm construction and high speed with acceptable power and this design allows for some very large engines of 12 or even up to 24 cylinders. Not just that the John Piston is dual acting instead of single like most LEGO Vacuum engines are. This effectively means a John Piston 6 cylinder engine equals a 12 cylinder Single acting engine.
The LEGO Leviathan 12 Cylinder Vacuum engine is effectively one if not the largest LEGO Vacuum engine on YouTube as far as I know. The engine equals 24 cylinders, but the design is flawed and uses inefficient box design which wastes energy and limits air flow and the cylinders are thick and heavy with no gravity assistant despite the John Piston design being applied.
Here you can view my short films, movies, documentaries, video footage and many other creations both finished or unfinished (rushed) Which I have created alone or with several people and projects I have participated in during my three years in Alta Videregående Skole Medier & Kommunikasjon from 2010 to 2014 with 2011 as an exchange year in Hong Kong and Ireland.
