Professional swordsman Guy Windsor will talk about swordfighting, medieval combat, writing books, Italian art of the 14th and 15th centuries, and possibly digress into game design, improvised weaponry, and the best April fool's joke ever (if you're into medieval swordfighting). This presentation was recorded at Ropecon 2015. Ropecon is the largest non-commercial roleplaying convention in Europe. The convention was held for the 22nd time during summer 2015 in the Dipoli conference center in Espoo, Finland. Ropecon gathers over 3.700 participants annually for one weekend to play roleplaying, collectible card, miniature, board, and live action role-playing games, to listen to presentations, and to participate in workshops.
