Guess who's Biz-ack?!! Your boy Big Al Mayo baby! I apologize for keeping you railroaders waiting but I have been preoccupied with my highly successful Monster LEDs, Newer career, having a baby and even some legal issues. I will just get right to the point now, This MTH model I received is not staying here! It was a VERY BAD model that I received. The good news is I paid for it and MTH did not send it to me Directly because if they did that, I am 100% positive that my model would have been hand picked to be perfect! This way I get an everyday model from a Model retailer Hobby Shop. I paid $256 and change for this flawed broken model from Trainworld. Who is to blame for this shit? Well i put it on BOTH companies! Trainworld should be inspecting the models they receive and send out to customers and MTH is at the root of a bad Quality inspected model.

I found it very difficult to do a fair review on the model that was shipped to me damaged from the factory! I had to ignore the QI issues and the damage to give an accurate review of a mdoel as IF IT WAS NOT DAMAGED. If I rated my model as it stood on a scale of a 1-10 it would get a 5 at best! It had a few QI issues that could have been easily found and then they would have revealed a rear broken pilot & step area. I know that some people will feel that I should have rated the model as it stood and slammed MTH & Trainworld for this and I understand that. I did slam them and made it clear that this engine will be (literately) on the chopping block if it is not handled swiftly.
Understand that I was really pissed. The disappointment and mad look on my face was real. This engine had me swearing all throughout the video! After looking past my broken model and reviewing it outside of that one aspect I worked VERY HARD to get it right for everyone out there. I have to assume not everyone will get a broken model and reviewed it accordingly. I will say that MTH lost many points for this bullshit though. I was NOT easy on them either!

You all know that I stand by my statements and I am not working on the dime of ANYONE! I will slam a model in front of a Sales rep, owner or associate. If I do not get the greatest customer service to rectify this big issue well there will be another great video of the engine getting the SAME EXACT treatment as the Bachmann ES44AC model! Yes, I paid $256 but I have no issue just cutting it in two and bringing two pieces to Amherst to give it back to MTH.

In other GREAT news I will be at the amherst railway society Train show in West Springfield, MA in January 329-31 2016 as a Vendor under MONSTER LEDs!! So be sure to stop by my booth and visit me.
