Mother of God! As evening falls
upon the silent sea
and shadows veil the mountain walls,

I was a vegetarian for a while. Nowadays, I do consume organic range fed meats, eggs, and dairy.
I love to cook and am pretty good at it.
I do all of my cooking by hand and refuse to use processors and such.
Nothing made of plastic is allowed in my kitchen. Only wood, bamboo, glass, or steel. Nothing unnatural.
I rarely drive a car or use public trans.
Instead I ride a bike about 7 to 10 miles a day. (I lost 18 pds doing this and am now pretty thin)
I have a bug out bag and survival kit packed up and ready to go if things get a little haywire. I was in North Carolina when Hurricane Floyd hit and I know it is a GREAT idea to be prepared!
I would advise anyone to do the same!
