Add a voice instrument and turn monitoring on/
In the edit tab add a "track echo" to the voice track.
Change echo settings to no echo repeat, full echo volume and 0 original volume.
Turn echo time down to a interval that works best.
Turn up volume on computer all the way for best results (try to eliminate yourself from hearing your actual voice...you only want to hear your echo)
