He's the hardest boss in the game for 2 reasons: He's the only enemy in the whole game that can cast while moving, he's probably the fastest enemy, and he doesn't suffer any notable recoil from attacks. He doesn't cast magic instantly but if you don't pin hin down you're dead. good killer moves like Opera's alpha on one will do the trick here
