Bursting out of Toronto's punk rock underground DELINQUINTS are a powerhouse of noise. A raw, electric spectacle comprised of heavy, monstrous punk in the classic sense, DELINQUINTS dynamic vocals and driving guitars, anchored by concussive drums and rumbling basslines are the musical hallmarks that have earned them a strong and diverse national fanbase. Their intense live performances have garnered critical acclaim along with an aggressive musical style that has been described as "A CLEVER MIX OF EARLY 1980S SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA PUNK AND ANTHEMIC FM HARD ROCK OF THE SAME ERA."
Following up on their 2009 Canadian Tour in support of THE MAHONES and THE POPES, DELINQUINTS have toured extensively throughout Ontario and the East Coast in support of their first full-length 'PUNISH THE WICKED.'
Live reviewers have noted the "UNDENIABLE RAW POWER" of DELINQUINTS, calling them "FAST, MELODIC, FUN AND FURIOUS" and "WILD, TIGHT, AND POWERFUL."
In the past three years the band has had their music prominently featured on the hit COMEDY CENTRAL TV series "KENNY VS. SPENNY", in addition to opening for touring acts such as: THE A.K.A.S, ANTI FLAG, BLACK LUNGS, THE BRIGGS, THE BUSINESS, THE CANCER BATS, THE CASUALTIES, THE CREEPSHOW, DAYGLO ABORTIONS, THE FLATLINERS, LEFT ALONE, OFF WITH THEIR HEADS, OI POLLOI, SEMI PRECIOUS WEAPONS, S.N.F.U., STRIKE ANYWHERE, SUBHUMANS (CANADA), SUB/HUM/ANS UK, TOTAL CHAOS, THE VIBRATORS, AND WORLD/INFERNO FRIENDSHIP SOCIETY. In April 2010 DELINQUINTS had the honour of playing as direct support for JELLO BIAFRA AND THE GSM, JELLO's first Toronto appearance with a live band in over 25 years.
