*This is an extended version of the last intro. I figured I'd also include the famous TARDIS-like sound at the beginning. I also swapped the track to the 7th series intro theme. I'd been trying to find a high quality version and only stumbled upon one today.
Because I love Doctor Who so much, I decided to have some fun and make a custom intro. I took bits and pieces from the last 7 series to make something that felt unique but also nostalgic. I wanted it to feel like something that could actually be used in the series.
*All work with the exception of the TARDIS, the BBC logo, and the Doctor Who theme song have been made 100% by me (i.e. all the custom visual effects)
** I do not own the Doctor Who music or logo, nor the BBC logo, which are properties of the BBC.

I know that there are a lot of Whovians who are working on their own fan series. I might make a series of tutorials on how I achieved this effect, but this should help people get on the right track if they would like to do something similar to this:
TIME VORTEX ------------------------------------------------------------------------ --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
*The tutorial helps you create a basic shape for the vortex. What I did was I create several other vortexes and layered them. Each had different shapes and colors, as well as different particle rates. My tips: the wiggle expression is your best friend, and the secret to every great effect is layering.
LOGO DISINTEGRATION ---------------------------------------------------------- --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* I didn't follow everything he did exactly. I pretty much had fun once the emitter was created, changed the gravity to have the particles fly towards the screen, and added several layers to get different particle sizes.
