Finally finished the February math!
I wasn't "up" enough for a video tonight so I just took a few pictures, added some descriptions and background music, and called it a video :). I have to say this was THE BEST chowder that I've ever had - hands down! It isn't really low in carbs, so if you're trying to lose weight you may want to give it a miss...but I'm not trying to lose, and I figure a 2c serving is right around 20 grams +/-.
