This is a song about how i feel, as a Protestant Unionist Loyalist from within Northern Ireland at this time.
Id like to know why as a member of the PUL community, my community can not get Truth,Justice or Accountability. For far too long our weak & shameful government has carried out its Republican Appeasement Policy. A policy that leaves only Protestants suffering.




We have witnessed so much evil, watched grief
stricken mothers cry
We have stood upon the footpaths & watched funerals pass
us by.
Throughout the years & all the Tears the questions
still remain, Why oh why did they die.


We've watched our love ones slaughtered in
Tullyvallen & Kingsmill all around the border the
Coffins they did fill.
They claim their non sectarian but these deaths do
tell the tale. Why oh why must they lie


We witness ethnic cleansing along the border everyday Day,
In Moyard & Torrens, yet what did they say.
They trample on our children graves; oppress us in the name of peace.
Why oh why must they lie.




Well we listen to their rhetoric, & the lies they do tell
We have watched on in amazement, how worldly
people fell.
They said they killed for Ireland but we know they
killed for hate, Why oh why must they lie.


Well we watch as some justice but Protestants get none.
How can they make a difference between a
mother’s son.
They say that they are victims, but victims don’t carry guns.
Why oh why do they lie.


We've seen IRA violence kill more Catholics than
the Brits.
But when their call for justice comes, these families
they do miss.
No mention of Jean McConville, Andrew Kearney or
Paul Quinn, SF please Tell us why oh why.


Now if they want to live in peace their lies will
have to stop.
Admit they are sectarian & the deaths they do regret.
Leave our PUL culture alone, let nature take its course,
before you bring us back, SF please don’t let them bring us back. Show less
