I recently discovered this wonderful song, Sticks That Made Thunder, by the SteelDrivers. It was a very unique and moving piece, unlike anything I had ever heard before. After watching several videos on Youtube, I felt compelled to make my own. In creating this video, I wanted it be be unique from the others I had watched, so I focused a great deal of time in finding some of the older and lesser-known paintings that most people would not have seen before. I think they fit the feel of this song very well. In less than 24 hours I went from having never heard of the SteelDrivers to being a fan (and buying this song and creating this video). Be sure to check out their music if you have never heard of them before. Ghosts of Mississippi is another great song!
