The Metal Murder Mixtape series is a compilation of collaborations with several artists and producers around the world, Hosted by the Australian Made Horrorcore rapper KidCrusher. The first volume was released in 2008, Featuring tracks with: Mars, Lo Key, Razakel, Sicktanick, Trips, Rotten Mouth, Dyad Souls and beats produced by: Professor Fresh, Buzzhawg Productions, Shadowville Productions, Horrorbeats, 13th Degree, KidCrusher, Death Or Glory, Orbitial & The Rotting Saints.
Volume Two was hosted by KidCrusher & BubZombie, Featuring appearances by: Kung Fu Vampire, F DUX, Nutkaze, Shy One & beats produced by: Shy One, Professor Fresh, Badmind, 13th Degree, Stircrazy & Korn. The Metal Murder Series has been established as KidCrusher's top selling albums with iTunes.
So the third and final edition of the series "METAL MURDER 3D" will be a digital product with 42 Tracks and a feature film. The product will be broadcasted live on pay-per-view on our ustream channel "The Drain" on the release date. After the release, a Digital Download of the product will be available worldwide on iTunes and a hard copy will be sold in-stores with CD Baby. The hard copy of the product will be a 2CD+DVD Digipak, Featuring all 42 tracks and the feature film; The Feature Film is going to be a Musical, The musical film is a film genre in which songs sung by the characters are interwoven into the narrative, sometimes accompanied by dancing. The songs usually advance the plot or develop the film's characters, though in some cases they serve merely as breaks in the storyline, often as elaborate "production numbers". For this project, each artist collaborating on the CD will be shooting a "Green Screen" performance of their verse, making this the first virtual horrorcore collaboration product, done strictly through the matrix, that is... the internet.
