if you put them in the fridge, make sure you remove them from the fridge around 15 minutes before serving them, this way they are not hard. they should be holding themselves, but then you bite on them, they are just a little bit soft and melt in your mouth.

Flan has a little bit of egg taste but not much. First make sure you use fresh organic eggs. Eggs should not have a "taste" if they are fresh. Also, maybe the eggs you are using are too big, you could reduce 1 egg from the recipe. Finally, you can add a pinch of cinnamon, it's known to reduce egg taste.

il y a deux facons de voir la recette en francais: 1) cherche "cookingwithalia translating my recipes" pour voir comment traduire mes recettes ecrites en utilisant Google Translate.
2) si tu regardes, just au dessous de la video, il y a un petit bouton "turn on captions". ca va te montrer les sous titre en anglais, et tu peux les traduires dans n'importe quelle langue!

2- les recettes les plus recentes ont presque toutes (on y travaille dessus) des sous-titre de youtube en anglais. Tu peux cliquer le "CC" bouton au dessous de la video et les traduire en la langue de ton choix.

In morocco we do not necessarily remove the skin of the fava bean. they are fresh and soft. feel free to remove the skin if you want.
