INGREDIENTS
Crust:
1 Cup Almond Flour or Almond meal
1 Cup Cauliflower
1 Cup Mozzarella
1/8 tsp baking soda - half of 1/4 tsp
1/2 tbs coconut oil
1/4 tsp italian herbs
2 eggs
Toppings:
Half can of Organic, Pizza Sauce - if in a can, the can must say its Non-BPA
Mozzarella cheese
Canadian Bacon
Pineapple
Jalapenos
Another topping option:
Half can of pizza sauce
mozzarella cheese
Thinly cut Green Bell peppers
Thinly cut onions
Mushrooms
Canadian bacon
These are two of my favorite types of pizzas but you can put whatever toppings you want!
To REALLY go low or non carb, try alfredo sauce instead of red sauce and do not use pineapple since fruit contains natural sugars which turn to Carbohydrates.
