The Punta del Este ePrix, takes place on December 13 2014 and is round three of the inaugural FIA Formula E Championship. At 1.7 miles (2.8km) in length and featuring 20 turns, the street circuit is located alongside Punta del Este’s picturesque Playa Blanca beach. The Punta del Este ePrix is the first of two races in South America - next up is Buenos Aires on January 10, 2015.
The Putrajaya ePrix is the second round of the all-new FIA Formula E Championship. The city-centre circuit is 2.5km (1.55 miles) long and features 12 corners.
Formula E is the world's first all-electric single-seater series. It features 10 teams, 20 drivers, with each driver having to use two cars per race. The cars produce 270bhp in qualifying mode and 200bhp in race mode - temporarily rising to 240bhp for the drivers with FanBoost.
