I am a conservative and would like to see our country get back to what the Founding Fathers intended. I like the Tea Party ideals.

GOP often pursue a consevative strategy of waiting for the other side to attack. In football, this is known as a Preventative Defense. In politics it is the strategy of losers. Aggression is adventageous because politics is a war of position, which is defined by imagesthat stick. By striking first, you can define the issues as well as your adversary. Defining the opposition is the decisive move in all political war. Other things being equal, whoever is on the defensive generally loses.

The new video: Understand the Delta Crisis does a good job of explaining the problems that we having here in the Central Valley. I live here in California were we have been struggling with drought, which has caused a decrease in water pumped from the delta, farmers can not plant all their fields and jobs are being lost in California's San Joaquin Valley. In May 2010 Sec of the Interior Ken Salazar put out a statement stating that Farmers will get 40% of their normal 55% allotment of water. This is an increase over the 10% of the 55% they recieved last year.

In a ruling issue May 18, 2010, Judge Wanger recognized that federal regulators had not taken account of how water cutoffs could damage the human environment, and they did not use the best available science,

We have had 40% unemployment in this area.

The courts had been restricting water to farmers in Westlands since the beginning of 2009.

Last year the farmers in the Westlands Water District received 10% of 55%. This year we are still waiting for the final numbers. Ken Salazar last determinatiion on May 4th, was that they will get 40% of ??% due to the increased rainfall. The ruling we received from Judge Oliver Wanger in late May was good. It puts ...people at an equal standing with fish! And the pumps were increased to an extra 200,00 acre-feet of water. However his could be short lived and could change soon when additional information comes in (if the pumps are killing fish / opinions). It has yet to be determined: 40% what percentage? Last year it was 55% due to the environmentalist and water going to LA. To my way of thinking it should be at least 55% again (due to the Wanger's ruling), but some people think it may be less. Additional information will coming out in the next 2 to 3 weeks.

The current manifestation of government in America is not as it was intended or designed. Those entrusted to ...preserve, protect and defend the Constitution... either by ineptitude, negligence or willful conspiracy, have despoiled the noblest system of government ever designed. The monstrosity of its present incarnation is an abomination to its founders, its selfless defenders and those who naively trust in its promise.
