If friction was negligible, which obviously it isn't if you've ever seen the bottom of a space craft reentering earth's atmosphere, it would take:
displacement = 1/2 (acceleration at 400 km above surface of earth)(time)^2
400 000 = 4.35(t)^2
t = sqrt (91 954)
= 303 seconds = 5 minutes 5 seconds
just in case you wanted to know
my answer was most definitely an approximation as the acceleration due to gravity increases as vertical displacement decreases.
Is There Gravity In Space?
If you've seen footage from the International Space Station or any of the space shuttle missions, you know that astronauts float around as they orbit the Earth. Why is that? Is it because the gravi... -

The boiling point of THC is 156 degrees C, or 315 degrees F. If you stuck it in a fry vat at 186 degrees C you would produce gaseous THC which would enter the fry vat oil, bubble up and dissipate into the atmosphere. So you may not have done anything to the turkey.

Microwaves and visible light are both electromagnetic waves. Since momentum is proportional to frequency, visible light has more momentum, i.e. more of an ionizing capacity, than microwave radiation. Basically, visible light has a greater chance of giving you cancer than microwaves, and by that I mean the light from a light bulb not the sun. It's important to realize that the word "radiation" does not always refer to ionizing radiation, which is dangerous.

It's a shame to see how racist and xenophobic Ukrainians are today. After 70 years of a progressive socialist government one would think Ukrainians would be an open and understanding people. It seems this is quite the opposite as anti-semitic Ukrainians walk around in packs beating up immigrants and Jews; a state of mind embodied many decades earlier by Nazi invaders. When are you Ukrainians going to wake up and rid yourselves of this nationalist poison?

Doesn't anyone see the problem with telling people from other distant countries that their culture and lifestyle is wrong because it doesn't conform to our western ideal of shopping malls, university educations and Justin Bieber? Seriously, I watched a video on here that said these children weren't living the lifestyle of a human being; this sort of rhetoric is like a mirror image of the rhetoric behind the colonizing of Africa, the true cause of its problems.

I'll explain the anti-thesis to this argument in conservative rhetoric/logic:
1. There was no "big government" in the 19th century
2. Kids worked 16 hour days for no pay and were harmed, disabled and killed under bad conditions
3. Government reform brought in labor regulation that forced kids out of the coal mines and into publicly funded classrooms
Look at your kid now, imagine them covered in soot, slowly dying of dirt and disease, having no future, still want small government?
