How important is word order in Russian, specifically with adjectives. In my Russian language "kniga," I've noticed the placement of adjectives at the beginning, such as: Хорошо она играет в теннис. Also when making statements like "My brother's dog," is there a difference between: "Моего собака брата" and "Моего брата собака"?

Why do you omit the two dots over "e" in всё? I'm just so used to seeing it in various Russian language books. Do Russians usually omit it in writing?
