Eminem encourages kids through his lyrics, and his image to act like wiggers, disrespect their peers, drop out of school, and show no respect to women. That's why you see so many white men talking like thugs (Yo dawg y are ya up in ma grill homie, back off before I put a cap in yo ass), and wearing clothes that are way too big for them.
