● Complete all five Street Races.
● Complete all Parachute Jumps.
● Complete all three Triathlons.
● Complete all six Offroad Races.
● Complete all four Sea Races.
● Complete all twelve Flight School lessons.
● Complete the Shooting Range
● Complete 25 Under the Bridge challenges.
● Complete 8 Knife Flights.
● Complete 25 Stunt Jumps.
● Collect all 50 Spaceship Parts.
● Collect all 50 Letter Scraps.

The following tasks are not included in this walkthrough as they are not side missions but they are still needed to be done:
● Play 9 holes of Golf and finish even or below par.
● Purchase any 5 Properties.
● Purchase a vehicle from a website.
● Walk and play fetch with Chop.
● Visit the Strip Club.
● Complete a Booty Call.
● Get a private dance at the Strip Club.
● Receive a Prostitute service.
● Hold Up a Store.
● Visit the Cinema.
● Visit a Bar.
● Watch a movie at the cinema.
● Play Darts.
● Win at Darts.
● Win at Tennis.

Tasks / Side Missions that are not required for 100% but still available in this walkthrough:
● Collect all 30 Submarine Pieces.
● Collect all 30 Nuclear Waste.

Remember that all storyline missions need to be done too!
