This day/night sensor is about 7 times more powerful than the Nano, and most other single-grass-block sensors. This video shows you how to build it and goes inside the machine to see how it works (skip to 11:55 if you just want to see the latter).

Minecraft bug: fall off a ledge while holding SHIFT
This is an old bug that allows you to crouch-walk off a ledge in particular places. If you've been playing Minecraft for a while, you've probably experienced this bug at least once, though you may not have realized it.
UPDATE: Fixed again by Dinnerbone! Isn't Mojang awesome guys? -
