Original Live show description:

What I do on YouTube, but now live.

I tried to use a GoPro (Hero 3+ Black Edition) before for improving the video quality, but experienced some lag. After some experiments this afternoon I was able to stream in 1080p on 24 fps with 320 kbps audio (AAC) without any problems, so that will come close to my regular pre-recorded video's.
