Kevin Rempel has encountered more adversity in his lifetime than most anyone his age. At the age of 20 he had to deal with his father's paralysis. Four years later he had to deal with his own paralysis, then a year later his father committing suicide.

Dealing with life hitting you this hard would make anyone want to quit.

Overcoming these challenges, Kevin now travels speaking to audiences teaching them how to maintain a positive attitude through tough times and how setting goals played an important role in his life.

Kevin now plays for the Canadian Paralympic Sledge Hockey Team and plans to compete in Sochi, Russia in the 2014 Paralympics.
