First the cronut and now the cookie cup! The man is a genius. A great new way to have cookies and milk.
Ingredients:
4 1/2 cups of plain flour
1 cup of brown sugar
1 cup of super fine sugar
170g of butter
2 eggs
1 teaspoon of vanilla
Chocolate chips, mini m&m's, food colouring, chocolate and nutella to melt .. and of course .. milk :)
NOTES: Depending on the size of the cup and how you thick you make it, it should take about 15 minutes in the oven. You want it to be a few mm's thick to ensure stability, but not too thick as it takes longer to cook. Make sure just to check after 10. If you find the base isn't cooking as much as the top, roll up some aluminium foil into a ball and place it into the bottom of the cup.
