I have just started using this system It makes internet marketing much more simplified. You never feel the weight and pressure from a bunch of people above you, trying to get you to push a product on someone. As a matter of fact, it is designed so that you are never even on the phone.

The company that bought us out, also bought out another retailer and converted their stores into our name. Even with the huge expense of buying out two different retailers and then the huge expense of converting one to the other, the parent company never did anything to try to increase sales to help sustain the costs. Instead, they decided to punish their employees by sweeping through all three retailers degrading many full-time employees (including me) into part-time positions. Not only did they cut my hours, but they cut my pay as well. Of course I lost all my benefits. I have posted for various full-time positions in nearby stores, but they have been proven to be VERY hard to get since everyone else is scrambling around to get them as well.

Although some companies are good to work for, there are many out there that view their employees as leaches eating into their budget and bonuses.
