I think that you have to record the song on your webcam but not record the video just the songs voice like my webcam it can record voice ( and not show the video ) it can record everything ... so yeah you get it now then when you are done recording th song you have to upload it to windows movie make then put it on the line then you go to Effects and you go down and look for speed then drag the speed onto the song.
