It doesn't really matter if you claim ownership over a video or not, the fact that it was uploaded with that company's material without permission is the sole reason why great vids such as those get removed. You can say that you aren't reproducing and selling copies as much as you want and they'll still get to you. If only companies would just learn to say: "What ever..." then YT would have all kinds of great material on it.

For everyone wondering about my "Bleed It Out" AMV disappearing.....

TV TOKYO found it recently and had it deleted, due to copyright infringes and such. I find it to be total bullshit, since I never claimed to own the rights to either the song nor Naruto (even had a disclaimer in the description).

I might try uploading it again sometime in the future, though Youtube warns that repeat copyright infringes could result in my entire account being deleted, so I'm not sure yet. We'll see...
