Hi, my friends...I'd like to apologize for not checking YouTube much these days, and for having fallen behind on responding to the comments my videos have received and to the conversations I've developed with all the cool people on this awesome YouTube community. To fill you all in: I had a back injury back in late August and subsequently took a break from training beginning early September. I should be starting up again in the gym soon...When I do start up again, I'll be sure to slither down to my basement ;b and shoot up some more videos of my results to post on my Youtube channel. In the meantime, thanks for visiting my channel, viewing my videos, and all the kind words you've sent along my way. I'll be back soon.
