Are you having any problems with mach3. I am told that it will stop and start in the middle of a cut, that is why sherline recommends linux emc2. I would rather use mach3 in order to retain windows. They say it has something to do with the power saving mode on the computer. I am going to use a Dell D600 laptop because it has the printer port required for the driver board. Couldn't we just turn off the power saving mode??? I am trying to decide which software to use before purchase.. Thx Ron.. And thank you for the quick response.
