sunburn fun morning of the second day trip into the jungle

words of wisdom and randomness and stupidity from the steaming jungles of burma

getting started on the beach morning of day two

so we are trying to get information from the boat when the meeting is so we can get back to civilization

We discover freshly cut logs at the mouth of a river waiting for high tide so they can be transported to boats

WE follow the river and creek beds that the loggers have used to move the logs from the forrest

whilst filming the logging activity reegs discovers a Mouse deer skull by falling on it.

Luc and Nat & Caitlin join up with the team as they load up the "new" boat and head off to Lampi Island

Its a day or so after second team arrive and one of there first big jungle trreks..We are all cutting our way thru the jungle in the east of the island ...we have picked up the elephant trail ...as...

ok elephants spotted now what closer?!?! havnt we found out that they go out of their way to kill people! oh well lets do it hey?
