That was quite a message you left in my channel comments. I am stilling pondering it. I don't undertand why people act and think the way they do. It's as if the whole world seems insane. Maybe they are conditioned to think as a mob or in a box. I will have to put more thought towards this.

sorry I don't believe that for a second. Especially considering my opinion on islam has come about from knowing the precepts of the faith compounded with its people's history and tradition.

That alone shows that they are not morally comparable, given that contemporary Jews do not preform the same atrocities as muslims, and civilizations have generally received great contributions from Jewish communities, while muslims have systematically eroded and stolen from every refined part of the world they have been lucky enough to pillage.

Please also explore the truth of JUDAISM. It is equally evil, and it seeks to destroy EVERYTHING that belongs to Our Lord.

Wow - I checked out your page because you said some rather wise - and succinct! - things concerning the Bible/interpretation/etc and then I came over to discover you're an old school in terms of theology (always good to see a Thomist who knows their stuff around - what do you reckon of Edward Feser?) and like The Duellists (I thought I was the only person int he world to have watched that film - and loved it!).

Thankyou for that thoughtful insight. Don't see what is necessarily nihilistic about that quote. I do like christianity do not get me wrong, Jesus was one of the greatest philosophers to exist, and preached about love, and righteousness almost always. In a world like this however, his application and approach would almost destroy a nation state, hence why a nation state must be a bit more cautious than this, yet still apply and merge his teaching in some way or the other.

Back to the quote, it is true that Armenia was the first christian nation state, declared in 301 A.D. however in some ways observing Armenian history, one could say it regressed from what it naturally was. One could say it progressed, building numerous amounts of architectural monuments so on and forth, City Of Ani (the city of a 1001 churches) which by the way was destroyed by the Turks, upon their arrival to the Armenian highland.
