I have a friend that struggles with laziness. Being lazy can absolutely suck your life away so, I wanted to do something that might help people to overcome laziness in some small way.
My hair was hair sprayed up like that for this video. It sucked. My wife was the one pulling my ear because I knew she wouldn't hold back on yanking the fire out of my small, sensitive ears. It sucked. I really peed the bed at the end... just kidding.
On lighting: I set up a Mole-Richardson baby-zip soft lite on the left (my right) and a Mole-Richardson Tweenie II 650w spot on the right (my left). The double shadows I had going on were necessary to achieve the look I wanted of me on the bed. I make no apologies.
