i just dont like the way mac hides things from you. what does puting somthing in the bin actually do? where do programs actually get installed to? how do you uninstall somthing? its confusing
You asked this I will answer
programs get installed into the applications folder, you uninstall something by putting it in the trash (no confusing change/uninstall crap) Mac likes to make things simple, sometimes to simple (in your case) that you cant figure it out.
