Home Brew Wednesday #3
Home Brew Wednesday. A sad tail about my last kegging. Happy ending? We'll have to see.
keep it the fridge (cold) and carb it asap, will help prevent infection. once its carbed and cold, taste it again to decide if its worth keeping (maybe its decent, worth letting it age a couple weeks) or if not

Sanke Fermenter, Dry Hopping, etc
Video discussing a few topics: using a sanke keg as a fermenter, dry hopping in kegs, and a new widget
nice, now you can ferment under pressure. Theres a huge thread about it on HBT. Fermenting under pressure gives you a cleaner beer, so many people use lager yeast but ferment it under pressure at high temperatures, for the clean lager characterstics but its done in days
