Good evening Mr. Morris,
The golden question, that I am having a hard time getting an answer for anyone. I am just starting out and am very confused about the settings on my camera. The main difficulties I am having is my depth of field. My lighting seems to me to be great, but at times I am out of focus. Lately I've been shooting with high f-numbers to maximize my depth of field, but can't seem to get it right. Have any advice?

Yes, please.
After having watched chapters 6 and 7, I'd also like to see chapters 1 to 5, if you don't mind...
