Two different cardiac arrest patients with two entirely different outcomes arrived almost simultaneously in the emergency department. This teaching and procedure video was made with the verbal permission of the patients' families after the fact with the understanding that the patients would not be identified. The importance of early CPR and defibrillation in patient survival is demonstrated. This video is a little shaky as it was filmed entirely with a small, pocketsize Samsung W300 camcorder.
