The "Finale" zip on the Lake Travis Zipline Adventure is the 9th longest zipline in the world. It's over 2800 feet long. It has two ziplines so you can race an opponent down.
We had a storm coming at the end of the day we visited, so a headwind slowed us down. Because of the distance covered and the headwind we had to tuck into a cannonball to increase speed to make it all the way across.

I recently took a Carnival Cruise through the Caribbean. We thought that the Jamaican Bobsled ride would be a fun excursion.
We took a 2 hour guided van tour from the ship's port in Montego Bay to Ocho Rios, to the Mystic Mountains Rainforest Adventure. The Bobsled ride was part of the "Tranopy Tour" and consists of the SkyExplorer chair lift ride over the rainforest canopy to the pavilion, a ride down the Jamaican Bobsled ride and a zipline tour.
This is video was shot on a head mounted GoPro Hero3 Black Edition to really get first person perspective of the bobsled ride.
If you are an adrenaline junkie planning a Cruise though the Caribbean with a port in Jamaica in either Montego Bay or Ocho Rios, this is the excursion to take.
