Well I guess you are right for once...statistically speaking more crime happens in the POOR neighborhoods but does that mean since you're poor you should be a shitbag? NOPE...but a lot of people use that as a CRUTCH and feel that it's there right. Since they are in a lower economic class they have a chip on their shoulder and show their ass more. There's douche bags every where in rich and poor neighborhoods. So if you live in a poor neighborhood that means the "popo" is worse..WELL I GUESS SO IF YOU ASK FOR IT AND WITH THE ATTITUDE YOU HAVE I'M NOT SURPRISED.
