Another good reason to continue in the month of May. Today, Tuesday 28, 2013. For many people out here the second working day of the week. For those who live in the United States on the first day after a long weekend in celebration Holliday memorial to the fallen in battle fields.
In 1987 and 1989 Pat Metheny and his famous group, paved the way for many who knew of contemporary jazz. Likewise also full 'color radio stations of the United States with his CDs "Still Like Talking" and "Letter From Home".
A very melodic concept, which I would describe as a spiritual and mystical way of making music.
One of the tunes from the album "Letter From Home" that most captivated me was the one titled "Dream Of The Return" "Return Dreaming". Sung in Spanish by the multi-instrumentalist and vocalist Argentinian Pedro Aznar. Although never hear on the radio ... There's something behind his lyrics and melody that carries me beyond the unknown.
I want to share with you this theme together two more CD "Letter From Home" in an exclusive video filmed during the last weekend of May.

Otra buena razĂłn para continuar en este mes de Mayo. Hoy Martes 28, 2013. Para muchos el segundo dĂa laborable de la semana. Para los que vivimos en Estados Unidos el primer dĂa despuĂ©s de un largo fin de semana de Holliday en celebraciĂłn memorial a los caĂdos en campos de batalla.
En el año 1987 y 1989 Pat Metheny y su famoso grupo, marcaron el camino de muchos los que conocĂamos de jazz contemporáneo. AsĂ mismo tambiĂ©n lleno' de colores las estaciones de radio de Los Estados Unidos con sus CDs "Still Like Talking" y "Letter From Home".
Un concepto muy melĂłdico, el cual yo lo describirĂa como una forma espiritual y la vez mĂstica de hacer mĂşsica.
Una de las melodias del album "Letter From Home" que mas me cautivo, fue la titulada "Dream Of The Return" "Sueño Del Retorno". Cantada en español por el multi-instrumentista y vocalista argentino Pedro Aznar. Aunque nunca la escuche en la radio... Hay algo detrás de sus letras y melodia que me transporta mas alla de lo desconocido.
Quiero compartir con ustedes este tema unido a dos mas del CD "Letter From Home", en un video exclusivo que filme durante este ultimo fin de semana del mes de Mayo.
