The laws I follow are based on common law (Declaration of Independence/Charter of 1776) and the Constitution. Those are the basis on which this country was founded and were both written by geniuses in the past in order to guard the sovereign individuals of this republic from the present idiots in power. That protection is being eradicated through legislating from the courts and through other means such as the Patriot Act, executive orders, signing statements and illegally constructed treaties not approved of or voted on by Congress or the Senate. We have to step up and claim our rights and demand transparency in the government, military and our monetary system. Once exposed, we will see the downfall of the ones who have used us for profit by spreading war, disease, enslaved us through taxes, useless materialistic items, drug trade and pharmaceutical debauchery/false advertising, dependence on fossil fuels which are set up specifically for tax profits, sequestered technology, illegal human experimentation and other treasonous acts. It's time for the people to reclaim their God-given rights contained in the United States Constitution, The United States Charter of 1776 (Declaration of Independence) AND common law rights.

This is the presidential Oath of Office as specified in Article II section 1.

"I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States."

The Constitution specifies in Article VI, clause 3 to the Senate and Representatives:
The Senators and Representatives before mentioned, and the members of the several state legislatures, and all executive and judicial officers, both of the United States and of the several states, shall be bound by oath or affirmation, to support this Constitution; but no religious test shall ever be required as a qualification to any office or public trust under the United States.

Their Oath:
"I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter. So help me God"

ANY PERSON IN OFFICE THAT VIOLATES OR HAS VIOLATED THIS OATH HAS COMMITTED TREASON.

Any person improperly sworn in and/or cannot provide proof of citizenship, such the person unconstitutionally and illegally assuming the office of president in the United States at the moment, are not qualified to hold that office and any laws, treaties, acts, orders and actions they "approve" or "sign" are invalid. So basically, you are not required to follow them since they are FORGED DOCUMENTS.

Our representatives, INCLUDING THOSE IN UNIFORM as POLICE OR MILITARY, need to start HONORING THEIR OATH OF OFFICE AND PROTECTING the Constitution instead of perpetuating an agenda to destroy it.
We are literally letting criminals and tyrants represent us in all three branches of the U.S. government.

The first step to understanding this mess is laws made, acts passed, treaties signed in opposition to the Constitution DO NOT EXIST. They are invalid and fictional. You need no further argument when protecting yourself than to know your rights and guard them from oppressive, manipulative and illegal "laws."

Education is what you make of it. What you learn from observing and experiencing life. Something you can't get from a piece of paper. I am college educated. However, I felt many times as if I was wasting time. Once I finished all of my brain laundering within the so called "education" system, that's when my real education began and I figured out I was much more intelligent than those who attempted to stifle my creativity and sensibility in the public education system.
