My favorite game console is the 360(Well duh! It's the only console I have!), but I don't think it's the best. Every console in my opinion has their ups and downs and I do not approve of console wars, because obviously no one is gonna win. Anyways, I love to play shooting games(Halo 3, Modern Warfare 2, and sometimes Gears Of War are perfect examples) ,fighting games(DBZ Tenkaichi Series, Soul Caliber, Street Fighter, and Marvel vs. Capcom 2 are the best in my opinion) , hack and slash, sometimes RPG's and sandbox.
