Community Employment
ICI believes that people with disabilities should be employed in community settings. ICI works both with employers to help them tap into the growing workforce of people with disabilities, and with people with Intellectual Disabilities/Developmental Disabilities who are working in paid jobs within their communities.
Inclusive Education and Transition
ICI has a number of projects devoted to the important steps within education. From pre-k to transitioning to college, ICI believes that people with disabilities should be included in general education and school activities.
