Crazy but true. Smart Phones are now advanced enough to self-body-scan for medical reasons. (Even at the bus stop!) chrisMsimon - a film director on YouTube is "donating" all his YouTube "LIKES" of 5 years to Cancer Research. Totals should be pretty interesting. Only last Christmas, 2011, his own YouTube showreel with a soundtrack by The Prodigy garnered 4,000 likes! Other chrisMsimon videos using music from Duran Duran's All You Need Is Now are getting thousands of likes and together, potentially 250,000+ views. Not to mention past charity work like Amnesty International & Armed Forces videos he made using Peter Gabriel singing David Bowie's Heroes. Or classic Verve hit, Bitter Sweet, for many environmental causes; or MGMT's 'Kids' for Black Sunday + all the Oz & World Firefighters, (particularly 2 years ago and now, tributing 9.11 that he was directly (PTS) affected by). As well as his own Bracket Girl or Bracket Boy inventions getting up to 18,000 views!
